The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The Price Tags & Packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange will be made. Butik BOS will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Return/Exchange Request needs to submit within 7 working days. Both Sides Shipping Fee Will Be Paid by the Customer. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their exchange item within 2-7 working days after the confirmation.
