The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The Price Tags & Packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. Exchange is not allowed if the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer. Butik BOS shall not be liable for your shipment lost during the return transit. Return/Exchange Request needs to be submitted within 7 working days. Both sides' Shipping Fee Will Be Paid by Customers. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, you will receive your exchange item within 2-7 working days after the confirmation.
