Q : The item I wanted is no longer on Butik Bos online store, will it be restocked?
If there is a particular item you are after but no longer available on the website, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at +603 9282 0002 / +603 9282 0092 for further enquiries. We will try our best to assist you or recommend you an alternative.
Q : What is the payment method?
We accept iPay88 payment. Currently, iPay88 accepts two types of credit card:

If buyers do not have any credit cards, they can use the popular Internet Banking of the following Malaysia banks:

Q : Can I pick up my orders locally instead of payment shipping?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer local pickup. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Q : How long will it take to receive my order?
Item/product will be shipped within 2 days after receiving orders. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere with 3 – 7 days of business days (14 days of business days for East Malaysia) for the package to arrive to your doorstep.
Q : How can I track the status of my orders?
- The tracking number and respective courier involved will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
- Tracking number will be provided to you once it has been shipped.
- You can check the shipping status via the site provided by the respective courier.
